The practice

A steady hand for the money side of your work.

We are a small, focused accounting practice for people who build things on their own terms. You get the same accountant each time, answers in plain language, and a calendar that stays ahead of the deadlines.

  • Plain language, always

No jargon in your inbox. Every report comes with a short note on what it means and what, if anything, you should do next.

  • Scope agreed up front

We agree what's included before any work begins, so there are no surprise invoices and no guessing about who handles what.

  • Deadlines, handled early

We plan filings weeks ahead and remind you what we need well before it's urgent, not the night before.

Questions

Good to know before we talk.

Is it complicated to switch from my current accountant?

Not for you. Once you give the go-ahead, we contact your previous adviser, request the records we need and take care of the handover.

I'm behind on my records. Can you still help?

Yes. Catching up is a common starting point. We'll work out what's missing, agree a realistic plan and bring things up to date without judgement.

Which accounting software do you work with?

We work with the most widely used cloud bookkeeping tools and can recommend one if you're starting fresh. If spreadsheets suit you, we can work with those too.

What should I bring to the first consultation?

Just an overview of your business and any recent accounts or tax returns you have to hand. We'll send a short checklist beforehand.
